Auditor

Sentia's external auditor is elected by the general meeting and is independent of the company. The auditor confirms in writing each year that the independence requirements are met.

The company has guidelines for the types and scope of additional services the auditor may provide. Sentia's external auditor is Ernst & Young AS, represented by state authorised auditor Amund P. Amundsen.
