Social

Social at the core

At Sentia, it is of utmost importance that both construction sites and offices are managed safely and responsibly. Our commitment to social responsibility extends beyond our own operations throughout our supply chain. Efforts are centered on health and safety, decent working conditions, well-being, and continuous learning.

Social responsibility in practice
Sentia aims to achieve a fair, inclusive, and supportive environment through focusing on fair employment terms, promoting work-life balance, and creating equal opportunities for all employees.

We recognise the importance of a positive work environment for employee well-being, engagement, and individual development. Our efforts to improve work environment includes actively fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture and taking clear, preventive measures against violence and harassment. As a cornerstone of our approach are continuous learning, with ongoing investments in training and career development programs that empower employees and strengthen their long-term capabilities. Together, these initiatives reflect our commitment to people, fairness, and long-term impact in the construction industry.

Certified social management
To ensure we provide a secure and healthy workplace for employees as well as our partners, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), act as a foundation in our operations.

Within these three areas we always strive to meet industry standards through maintaining and regularly updating various ISO certifications, such as ISO 45001 for health and safety management, and ISO 9001 for quality management. Through our integrated HSE systems, systematic risk assessments are carried out and reviewed every two weeks to proactively prevent accidents. All incidents are reported and evaluated based on risk level and potential worst-case outcomes. Our strong safety culture is rooted in a zero-injury vision, and we are proud to maintain a lost time injury rate of 2.4 and a sick leave rate of 4.7%.

We prioritise inclusive workplaces, economic growth and reduced inequalities.
